- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Toast the mixed nuts on a baking sheet for 10 minutes.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and sugar together over medium heat.
- Stir in the heavy cream and vanilla extract, and cook until smooth.
- Add the toasted nuts to the caramel mixture and stir well.
- Pour the nutty caramel mixture into the tart shell.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly.
- Allow to cool before serving.
