Ingredients

- 1 cup of rice
- 4 cups of milk
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
Instructions
- Rinse the rice in cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a pot, combine the rice and milk. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add sugar, salt, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix well.
- Slowly add the beaten eggs while stirring continuously.
- Cook for another 5 minutes until thickened.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.

- Use almond milk for a dairy-free option.
- Substitute sugar with honey or a sugar substitute if preferred.
- Top with raisins or nuts for added texture.
