Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken thighs, potatoes, and green beans to the bowl. Toss to coat everything well.
- Transfer the mixture to a large baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
