Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, orange segments, sliced almonds, red onion, and feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to let flavors meld.

- For a nut-free option, omit almonds or replace them with sunflower seeds.
