- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 orange, zested and juiced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chicken with soy sauce, orange juice, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add ginger and garlic, stir for 1 minute.
- Add marinated chicken to the pan. Cook until browned.
- Add bell pepper and onion. Stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Stir in orange zest and sugar. Cook for 2 more minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
