Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chicken with soy sauce, orange juice, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add ginger and garlic, stir for 1 minute.
  4. Add marinated chicken to the pan. Cook until browned.
  5. Add bell pepper and onion. Stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in orange zest and sugar. Cook for 2 more minutes.
