- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each chicken breast into the eggs, then coat with the parmesan mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Brown the chicken in the skillet for about 3 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- You can use almond flour instead of breadcrumbs for a gluten-free option.
- Try adding herbs like oregano or basil for extra flavor.
