Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Mix in baking soda.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- You can use almond butter instead of peanut butter for a different flavor.
- For a lower sugar option, use a sugar substitute.
