Delicious cookies filled with peanut butter and jelly.
Ingredients

			- 1 cup all-purpose flour
 - 1/2 cup peanut butter
 - 1/2 cup sugar
 - 1/4 cup butter, softened
 - 1 egg
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
 - 1/4 cup jelly or jam of your choice
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a bowl, mix the peanut butter, sugar, butter, and egg until smooth.
 - Add flour, vanilla, and salt. Mix well.
 - Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
 - Press your thumb into the center of each ball to create a well.
 - Fill each well with jelly or jam.
 - Bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
 - Let cool before serving.

- For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free flour.
 - You can substitute almond butter for peanut butter if needed.
 - Try different flavors of jelly for variety.
