- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix chopped pecans, crushed graham crackers, powdered sugar, corn syrup, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, coating evenly.
- Return the chocolate-coated balls to the baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
