- 2 cups bell peppers, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and stir for 30 seconds.
- Add sliced onions and bell peppers to the pan.
- Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, cornstarch, and beef broth.
- Pour the sauce over the beef and vegetables.
- Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.

- For a lower sodium option, use low-sodium soy sauce.
- You can substitute beef with chicken or tofu for a different flavor.
