Description
A comforting and easy-to-make pepperjack grilled cheese sandwich.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of pepperjack cheese
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread butter-side down in the skillet.
- Add pepperjack cheese on top of the bread.
- Cover with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the sandwich carefully and cook the other side until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 more minutes.
- Remove from skillet and let cool for a minute before slicing.
Notes
- You can substitute any cheese you prefer.
- Use whole grain or gluten-free bread for different dietary needs.
- Add sliced tomatoes or avocado for extra flavor.
