Description

A comforting and easy-to-make pepperjack grilled cheese sandwich.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 slices of pepperjack cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of butter

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place one slice of bread butter-side down in the skillet.
  4. Add pepperjack cheese on top of the bread.
  5. Cover with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
  6. Cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Flip the sandwich carefully and cook the other side until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 more minutes.
  8. Remove from skillet and let cool for a minute before slicing.
