- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the mozzarella cheese, chopped pepperoni, flour, cream cheese, and egg.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until combined.
- Using a spoon, scoop small amounts of the mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
