- 1 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 large green bell pepper, sliced
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 8 ounces provolone cheese, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onion and bell pepper. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the thinly sliced ribeye steak to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook until the steak is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Lay the provolone cheese slices over the steak mixture. Cover the skillet and let the cheese melt for 1-2 minutes.
- Divide the steak and cheese mixture into four portions and place each on a hoagie roll.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- For a healthier option, use lean turkey or chicken instead of ribeye.
