Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and salt.

  4. Stir in ice water, a tablespoon at a time, until the dough holds together.
  5. Divide dough in half, shape into discs, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  7. Roll out one dough disc on a floured surface and place it in a pie dish.
  8. Pour the fruit filling into the crust.
