Instructions
- Drain the crushed pineapple and set it aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the crushed vanilla wafers, shredded coconut, chopped nuts, and powdered sugar.
- Add the drained pineapple and softened butter to the mixture.
- Mix everything until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in size.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Serve chilled and enjoy your festive treat.
