Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat.
 - Drain any excess fat.
 - Add marinara sauce, cooked pasta, bell peppers, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.
 - Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
 - Top with mozzarella cheese.
 - Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
