- 1 bag frozen tater tots (about 32 ounces)
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread the frozen tater tots on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake the tater tots for about 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven.
- Pour the pizza sauce evenly over the tater tots.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and parmesan cheese on top.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the cheese.
- Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can use any toppings you like, such as vegetables or different meats.
- For a healthier version, try using sweet potato tater tots.
- Make it vegetarian by omitting the pepperoni.
