A comforting potato pizza casserole that combines the best of both worlds.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups of diced potatoes
  • 1 cup of pizza sauce
  • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup of sliced pepperoni
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, boil the diced potatoes for about 10 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a casserole dish, layer half of the boiled potatoes at the bottom.
  4. Spread half of the pizza sauce over the potatoes.
  5. Add half of the mozzarella cheese and half of the pepperoni.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, sauce, cheese, and pepperoni.
  7. Sprinkle Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

  • Try adding your favorite vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms.
