 - 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
 - 1 onion, chopped
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 cup beef broth
 - 1 cup frozen peas
 - Salt to taste

 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
 - Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until onions are translucent.
 - Add ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
 - Stir in diced potatoes and beef broth. Season with salt and pepper.
 - Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
 - Stir in frozen peas and cook for another 5 minutes.
 - Serve warm and enjoy.
