- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or dried fruit

- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, protein powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add almond butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
- Stir until well combined. The mixture should be sticky.
- Add chocolate chips or dried fruit and nuts if using; mix well.
- Drop tablespoon-sized portions onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before transferring cookies to a wire rack.
