- 1 cup sugar

- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 3 large eggs
- 8 taco shells
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
- Add the evaporated milk and eggs, mixing until smooth.
- Place the taco shells in a baking dish.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture into each taco shell, filling them halfway.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the filling is set.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
- Top with whipped cream before enjoying.
