Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and cook until soft.
- Add minced garlic and beef mince. Cook until the beef is browned.
- Stir in canned tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
- Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Combine the pasta with the beef and spinach mixture.
- Serve hot, topped with grated cheese if desired.
