Ingredients

- 1 pound of chicken breast
- 2 cups of mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 1 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup of low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breast in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add mixed vegetables on top of the chicken.
- Pour cream of chicken soup over the vegetables.
- Add chicken broth and sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken before serving and mix well.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken with turkey or tofu for a different protein.
- Use fresh vegetables if you prefer.
