Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add the crushed graham crackers, raspberries, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Once firm, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- If using, melt the chocolate chips and dip each ball into the chocolate. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes before serving.
