Instructions

  1. Start by heating the vegetable broth in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger, and sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the mixed vegetables and mushrooms. Cook for 5-7 minutes until they begin to soften.
  4. Add the cubed tofu to the pot.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir well.
  6. Simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
