Ingredients

- 200g noodles
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil water in a pot and cook the noodles according to the package instructions.
- Drain the noodles and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan.
- Pour soy sauce over the noodles and toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

- You can use gluten-free noodles if needed.
- Add protein like chicken or tofu for a heartier meal.
