- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sliced zucchinis and cherry tomatoes.
- Add olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until well coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until zucchinis are tender.
- If using, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
