Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot and add the pasta.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a separate pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the diced tomatoes and stir.
- Add dried basil, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Drain the cooked pasta and mix it with the sauce.
- Serve hot, topped with Parmesan cheese if desired.
