 - 8 ounces cream cheese
 - 1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained
 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
 - 2 cups biscuit baking mix
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a large bowl, combine sausage and cream cheese.
 - Add Rotel tomatoes and cheddar cheese. Mix well.
 - Stir in the biscuit baking mix until fully combined.
 - Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
 - Place the balls on a baking sheet.
 - Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
 - Let cool slightly before serving.
