- 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup ground beef or sausage (optional)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef or sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the Rotel tomatoes to the skillet and stir.
- Reduce the heat to low and add the cubed Velveeta cheese.
- Stir until the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.

- You can use low-fat cheese for a lighter option.
- For a vegetarian version, omit the meat.
- Substitute Rotel with plain diced tomatoes for less spice.
