  • 1 package (9 ounces) cheese tortellini

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Break it apart as it cooks.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is soft.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and add the diced tomatoes with their juice.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  5. Stir in the tortellini and Italian seasoning. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the tortellini is tender.
  6. Add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
