Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté onion, celery, and carrots until tender.
  2. Add garlic and thyme, cook for another minute.
  3. Pour in the broth and add potatoes. Cook until potatoes are soft.
  4. Add seafood and cook until just cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper. Heat through.
