A comforting seafood lasagna that combines layers of pasta with rich seafood and creamy sauce.

- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound crab meat
- 2 cups spinach, chopped
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom.
- Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles.
- Add half of the shrimp, crab meat, and spinach on top.
- Repeat the layers: noodles, ricotta, seafood, and spinach.
- Top with the remaining noodles and marinara sauce. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use low-fat cheese.
- Swap shrimp for cooked chicken or vegetables for a different taste.
- Use whole grain noodles for added fiber.
