- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until soft.
- Transfer the mixture to the slow cooker.
- Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, elbow macaroni, paprika, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Stir everything together.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir occasionally and add water if the mixture becomes too thick.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
