Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup corn, canned or frozen
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, cheese, and ranch dressing.
- Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
- Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
- Evenly distribute the chicken mixture onto each tortilla.
- Add slices of avocado on top.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly to form a wrap.
- Cut in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can substitute Greek yogurt for ranch dressing for a healthier option.
- Use whole wheat tortillas for added fiber.
- Add chopped lettuce or spinach for extra greens.
