Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 jar (24 ounces) marinara sauce
  • 1 pound spaghetti

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. In a skillet, heat a bit of oil over medium heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides.
  4. Add marinara sauce to the skillet and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
  6. Drain spaghetti and serve with meatballs and sauce on top.
