- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a cupcake tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.
- In another bowl, whisk together the Nutella, milk, vegetable oil, and eggs.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fill each cupcake liner about 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cupcakes cool before serving.
Notes
- You can use whole wheat flour for a healthier option.
- Substitute vegetable oil with melted coconut oil.
- For a vegan option, use flax eggs and almond milk.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
