Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a cupcake tin with paper liners.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the Nutella, milk, vegetable oil, and eggs.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. Fill each cupcake liner about 2/3 full with batter.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
