- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 lemon, juiced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic, honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice.
- Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
