Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix spinach, feta cheese, and ricotta cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.
- Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
- Combine the cheese mixture with the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the baking dish.
- Sprinkle bread crumbs and parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
