Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, spinach, egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Add three noodles on top of the sauce.
  6. Layer half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles.
  7. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  8. Add another layer of sauce and repeat the process.
  9. Top with remaining noodles, sauce, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  10. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  11. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden.
