Description
A simple and delicious stir-fried steak recipe with a Chinese twist.
Ingredients

			- 1 lb beef steak, sliced thinly
 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch
 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
 - 1 bell pepper, sliced
 - 1 onion, sliced
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
 - 2 green onions, chopped
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce and cornstarch. Add steak and marinate for 15 minutes.
 - Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
 - Add steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
 - Add bell pepper, onion, garlic, and ginger to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
 - Return steak to the pan and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
 - Add green onions, salt, and pepper. Stir and serve hot.
 
Notes
- Substitute beef with chicken or tofu for a different flavor.
 - Use low-sodium soy sauce for a healthier option.
 - Add vegetables like broccoli or snap peas for more nutrition.
