Ingredients

- 2 ribeye steaks (about 1 inch thick)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Fresh rosemary, optional
Instructions
- Remove the steaks from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Pat the steaks dry with a paper towel.
- Rub olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper onto both sides of the steaks.
- If using rosemary, add it on top of the steaks.
- Place the steaks on the grill or skillet.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip.
- Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes for medium-rare.
- Remove the steaks and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a leaner option, use sirloin steaks.
- Feel free to substitute garlic with garlic powder.
- Serve with your favorite vegetables or salad.
