Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Remove the steaks from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Pat the steaks dry with a paper towel.
  4. Rub olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper onto both sides of the steaks.
  5. If using rosemary, add it on top of the steaks.
  6. Place the steaks on the grill or skillet.
  7. Cook for 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip.
  8. Cook for an additional 4-5 minutes for medium-rare.
  9. Remove the steaks and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
