- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- 1 lb steak, sliced thin
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, mixing until smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta and steak back to the skillet. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
