Ingredients

- 12 large pasta shells
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each pasta shell with the cheese mixture.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place the stuffed shells in the dish and cover with the remaining marinara sauce.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly.
Notes
- You can use spinach or ground meat as a filling alternative.
- Gluten-free pasta shells are available for those with gluten sensitivities.
- Feel free to add vegetables like zucchini or bell peppers for extra nutrition.
