Description

A delightful sugar-free and gluten-free dessert that is easy to prepare and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar substitute (like erythritol)
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, sugar substitute, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Grease an 8-inch baking dish and pour the batter into it.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let it cool before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • You can substitute almond flour with coconut flour, but use less as it absorbs more moisture.
  • For a nut-free version, use sunflower seed flour.
  • Feel free to add sugar-free chocolate chips for extra sweetness.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
