A comforting and easy-to-make beefy melt burrito inspired by Taco Bell.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup refried beans
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup water
- Optional: diced tomatoes, lettuce, or jalapenos
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Drain excess fat. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Warm the flour tortillas in a pan or microwave.
- Spread refried beans on each tortilla.
- Add the beef mixture on top of the beans.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the beef.
- Top with sour cream and any additional toppings if desired.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly.
- Serve warm and enjoy your burrito.
