  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until softened.
  3. Stir in the black beans, kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, and beef broth.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
