Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 4 cups beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until softened.
- Stir in the black beans, kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, and beef broth.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- You can use turkey or chicken instead of beef.
- For a vegetarian version, replace meat with lentils.
- Add bell peppers for extra flavor.
- Top with cheese, sour cream, or avocado for added richness.
