Ingredients

  • 1 package ladyfinger cookies
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, mix brewed coffee and coffee liqueur.
  3. Dip ladyfinger cookies in the coffee mixture quickly, then layer them in a parfait glass.
  4. Add a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  5. Repeat the layers until the glass is filled, finishing with the mascarpone mixture on top.
  6. Dust cocoa powder on the top layer.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
