Ingredients

- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 tablespoon coffee liqueur (optional)
- 1 package ladyfinger cookies
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Whip until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix brewed coffee and coffee liqueur.
- Dip ladyfinger cookies in the coffee mixture quickly, then layer them in a parfait glass.
- Add a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat the layers until the glass is filled, finishing with the mascarpone mixture on top.
- Dust cocoa powder on the top layer.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
