- 200g spaghetti
- 400g canned tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot and cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Pour in canned tomatoes and season with salt.
- Let the sauce simmer for 10 minutes.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce.
- Toss well to combine and serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.

- You can substitute spaghetti with any pasta you prefer.
- For a vegetarian option, use vegetable broth instead of meat.
