- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cups frozen tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat and mix in the cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, onion powder, and frozen mixed vegetables.
- Spread the beef mixture in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Layer the frozen tater tots evenly on top of the meat mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
